Be ready to invest time: you build the system for your own product, you can't copy 1 to 1, but the workshop gives a solid starting point. After a month of working with the context system I already see benefits. I exported several of my existing specs and had the AI derive a standard spec structure from them. Now my workflow is: I load the context, give one command, and the AI creates the spec in Markdown plus a folder of task files based on it. What's left for me is pasting the spec into Confluence and the tasks into Jira. I spend significantly less time on the operational part of my job - authoring documents. Early outputs needed many edits, mostly formatting. Each correction goes back into the skill, so the same fix is never needed twice. I've since built two skills and and have plans to build more.
